Premium tier only, in active-passive. Cloud supported, but the Prefect application stack is not currently developed to accomodate this capability.

Encryption at Rest

Yes by default - Platform Managed key on disk encryption at all tiers.

Encryption in Transit

Not supported natively by Redis.
Any encryption must be done entirely client side before writing to cache.
